1. Overview
Tradozio LLC ships orders from our dedicated warehouse facility located at 20903 Westgreen Court, Suite #4, Katy, TX 77450, USA. We are committed to processing and dispatching orders promptly and providing reliable delivery to our customers in the United States and internationally.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. During peak periods or promotional sales, processing times may extend by 1 to 2 additional business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 3 business days from dispatch.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery the next business day from dispatch, where available.
Shipping rates and available options will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping promotions, where applicable, will be automatically applied at checkout.
4. International Shipping
Tradozio LLC ships to select international destinations. International shipping timelines vary by destination and are estimated as follows:
- Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days.
- Europe and United Kingdom: 10 to 21 business days.
- Middle East and South Asia (including Pakistan): 14 to 28 business days.
- Rest of World: 14 to 30 business days.
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier conditions, and destination country regulations. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country’s authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed on tradozio.com and are collected separately by the customs authority or carrier upon or before delivery.
Tradozio LLC has no control over customs processing timelines or charges. If a customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties and the package is returned to us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any refund issued.
6. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account on tradozio.com and viewing your order history.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk mail folder before contacting us.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undeliverable Packages
Our carrier partners will make up to two delivery attempts for domestic orders. If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the package may be held at a local facility for collection or returned to our warehouse.
Tradozio LLC is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and other household members and verify your delivery address on the order confirmation. If the package remains unaccounted for, contact us at info@tradozio.com within 5 days of the marked delivery date and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Tradozio LLC is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered to the correct address that are subsequently reported stolen. We recommend filing a report with your local law enforcement in such cases.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on their category, contents, or destination country regulations, particularly for health and personal care items. Tradozio LLC reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be legally shipped to the specified destination.
